Curbside is a digital software subscription for food truck owners — no physical goods are sold or shipped. Friutsnacks wants you to be happy with your Curbside subscription, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the Merchant of Record for Curbside orders. To request a refund:
- Sign in to your Curbside dashboard and open Manage billing to view your invoices.
- Contact Friutsnacks through our support channel with your order email and the reason for the refund — we'll process it through Stripe.
After the 30-day window
After 30 days, we may consider partial or pro-rated refunds at our discretion in cases such as extended service outages or duplicate charges. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
