Refund Policy

Curbside is a digital software subscription for food truck owners — no physical goods are sold or shipped. Friutsnacks wants you to be happy with your Curbside subscription, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the Merchant of Record for Curbside orders. To request a refund:

  1. Sign in to your Curbside dashboard and open Manage billing to view your invoices.
  2. Contact Friutsnacks through our support channel with your order email and the reason for the refund — we'll process it through Stripe.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, we may consider partial or pro-rated refunds at our discretion in cases such as extended service outages or duplicate charges. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
