Friutsnacks operates Curbside and is the data controller responsible for personal data processed through this Service.

  • Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), and any profile details you provide.
  • Listing data: business name, cuisine, location, hours, photos and other information you publish.
  • Customer support data: messages and attachments you send us.
  • Usage and device data: pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and approximate location.

Payment card data is collected and processed by our payment provider, Stripe, and is not stored on our servers.

  • Stripe, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, and invoicing.
  • Service providers / subprocessors we rely on for hosting, database, analytics, error monitoring, email delivery, and customer support tooling.
  • Mapping providers (e.g. Google Maps) for displaying locations.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants where reasonably necessary.
  • Authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
